Recommended Dosage for Beginners

If this is your first time with magic mushrooms, one chocolate square is just enough to get your feet wet. As you get more experienced, you can add to your dosage.

Microdosing Guide (1–3 Squares)

For microdosed effects, find your sweet spot somewhere between one and three squares of chocolate. This should provide an elevated, but functional experience.

Full Trip Dosing (4–7 Squares)
