Do you deliver to me?

We deliver by mail to all 50 states in about 2-5 business days. 

If you are in the city of San Diego you can pick up your order in person with cash or we can deliver to you same day locally.

How do I pay?

Shipped orders can be paid by Cash App, Apple Cash, Bitcoin or Debit/Credit Card (small fee applies).

Pick up and local delivery orders in San Diego are cash ONLY. 

Where is your store? Can I come in?

There is no store. We can ship to you by mail, or if you are in San Diego you can pick up* with cash or we can deliver to you same day locally. 

*For pick up orders, submit your order first and we will then send you an address for pick up.

What is your minimum for delivery?

How do I place an order?

Look at our menu and place an order through our online shopping cart. We will then contact you to arrange for payment. 

Where do you deliver to?

We can ship your order to you by mail to all of United States.

You can also pick up in person in San Diego or we can deliver to you in San Diego

How long will my delivery take?

Typical delivery/shipping times are about 3-7 business days. Depending where you are it could be as fast as 1-3 business days! As soon as we receive your payment you will be provided with a tracking link in 1-2 business days.

If you are ordering from San Diego we can offer same or next day pick up as well as local same day delivery. Same day delivery can be about 1-3 hours.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

NO! No we do not! If you are staying somewhere for a vacation, short visit etc. we DO NOT suggest sending your order there. If you cannot wait 2-7 business days do not place your order. Send your order to your permanent residence or a place you regularly receive mail! 

Can I get this shipped to a hotel or Airbnb?

Can I send this to a friend or a PO Box?

NO! No you can't! You must send your order to your permanent residence and the name on the order MUST match the name it is being sent to and the name of who is paying for it. NO exceptions! 

Do you offer refunds?

No we do not. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind on any of our products. No exceptions. All sales are final. 

I received the wrong item or order, will you fix it?

Mistakes happen, we are human here at Get Well Shroom! Contact us ASAP within 24 hours of the delivery time of your order and we will happily fix any issues with your order.

It can take us up to 24 hours to get back to you depending on call volume and time of the day. For the fastest way to receive your products submit your order online. We do not take orders over the phone or through text messages or email etc.
